Newscasts debuting this week… Edition #30.

The 30th edition of the latest Newscasts debuting this week. Its a semi-extensive list for this week and here’s that list:

Monday September 21st, 2015

  • 4:30-5:00 AM: FOX 11 News – Good Day Wisconsin at 4:30 a.m.

WLUK in Green Bay. The station becomes the second in the area to do so, after already-established WBAY 2 (ABC)’s 4:30 a.m. newscast.

  • 6:00-7:00 AM: News 25 Today at 6:00 a.m. on WXXV NBC 25
  • 7:00-8:00 AM: News 25 Today at 7:00 a.m. on WXXV FOX 25

WXXV in Biloxi. The station’s first-ever weekday morning newscast comes with the area’s ONLY morning newscast after 7:00 a.m. in the Mississippi Gulf Coast.

  • 8:00-9:00 AM: Local 12 News – Good Morning Cincinnati at 8:00 a.m. on Star 64

WSTR in Cincinnati. WKRC 12’s news product on WSTR 64 expands to an hour in the morning at 8:00 a.m. with the already popular Good Morning Cincinnati. Sheila Grey and Bob Herzog will anchor. The newscast competes against Sheila’s old station at WXIX 19 (FOX).

  • 8:00-9:00 AM: FOX 21 News Sunrise at 8:00 a.m.

KQDS in Duluth. The station gives up the 6:30 a.m. half-hour to make it a 2-hour morning broadcast from 7:00-9:00 a.m., the ONLY morning newscast in the area to do so.

  • 12:00-12:30 PM: WDRB News at Noon

WDRB in Louisville. The station expands its midday news block for the first time since their midday newscast premiered in 1998. This half-hour newscast competes against WHAS 11 (ABC) and WLKY 32 (CBS)’s full hour-long newscasts.

  • 6:30-7:00 PM: NH1 News at 6:30

WBIN in Manchester. New Hampshire’s ONLY state-wide newscast at 6:30 p.m. debuts tomorrow to celebrate NH1 News‘ 1-year anniversary and creates the state’s first 2-hour early-evening news block from 5:00-7:00 p.m.

  • 7:00-7:30 PM: News 10 NBC at 7:00

WHEC in Rochester. The newscast will be re-formatted from ROC City TONIGHT, a younger-targeting newscast, to a much more traditional newscast.

  • 7:30-8:00 PM: LIVE 5 News at 7:30

WCSC in Charleston. The area’s first hour-long 7:00 p.m. newscast debuts tomorrow The Lowcountry’s News Leader. Either Debi Chard and Raphael James or Bill Sharpe will anchor the new newscast.

  • 9:00-9:45 PM: Cleveland 19 News at 9:00 on CLE 43
  • 9:45-10:00 PM: Cleveland 19 Sports Extra on CLE 43
  • 10:00-10:30 PM: Cleveland 19 News at 10:00 on CLE 43

WUAB in Cleveland. We brought you this information, FIRST. David Wittman and Tiffani Tucker will anchor the transitioned hour-long newscast (the first and only newscast in Cleveland), as it moves from 10:00 to 9:00 p.m. and will also anchor the weeknight-only half-hour 10:00 p.m. newscast. Jeff Tanchak is there to deliver the First Alert Weather and Tony Zarella delivers sports on Sports Extra.

  • 10:00-10:30 PM: FOX 11 News at 10:00

WLUK in Green Bay. The station returns to a weeknight 10:00 p.m. newscast for the first time in a decade and will compete against the BIG 3 stations (WBAY 2, WFRV 5; CBS and WGBA 26; NBC).
